I went in with nothing more than a picture on a DVD from my wedding. I wanted the picture printed and framed as an anniversary gift to my wife, but otherwise I had no idea what I was wanting. The final product was perfect! No complaints.

I met with Connie in the shop with a shadow box I wanted reduced in dimensions by about 25%.
I had inquired at 2 other shops who we not able to tackle the job. Connie took her time to examine it and agreed to do it. She had explained she had done this type of project before.
